WBIA Garden Concerts |Friday, September 18, 2026 - October 4, 2026 Across three weekends, enjoy 14 free live music performances at the Toronto Music Garden spanning blues, R&B and soul, funk and modern boogie, Americana, jazz and hip-hop. Lunan September 26, 2pm to 3pm: Amanda Rheaume September 26, 6pm to 7pm:Witch Prophet September 27, 2pm to 3pm:Mimi O'Bonsawin September 27, 6pm to 7pm:Murray Drive October 2, 6pm to 7pm:Jason Larmond October 3, 2pm to 3pm:Ana Lía October 3, 6pm to 7pm:Adria Kain October 4, 2pm to 3pm:Tennyson King October 4, 6pm to 7pm:Mohsin Zaman Please note that all concerts will be taking place at the Toronto Music Garden with the traditional Summer Music in the Garden setup, except for Savannah Ré's performance which will take place at the Gazebo. Duties: As an Ambassador, your responsibilities include... Welcoming and directing visitors around the area Assisting patrons with finding seating Providing wayfinding for guests and answering general inquiries Providing "curb to seat" assistance if requested Handing out programmes Collecting data (surveys) from visitors to gather feedback about their experience May involve engaging audiences in conversation about Harbourfront Centre's not for profit, charitable status and soliciting donations Skills: Outgoing and clear communicator Familiarity with Harbourfront Centre’s programming Problem solving skills Comfortable standing for extended period of time Health & Safety: Self-assess for any illnesses Sign in with staff and team lead upon arrival This is an OUTDOOR shift so please dress appropriately for the weather! We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle and a light coat if taking a late-night shift. Location & Meeting Point: Toronto Music Garden 479 Queens Quay West Near: Queens Quay W. & Lower Spadina Ave. The meeting point is located by the shed (see picture below) on the east side of the Music Garden. NOTE: If the weather forecast calls for thunder, lightning, air quality concerns, heavy rain, or any other extreme weather-related conditions during a Music Garden concert, Security and the event organizing team may make the decision to cancel the concert. We will do our best to inform volunteers ahead of time if a shift gets cancelled, but if you arrive on site before the announcement has been made, you get full credit for your hours and will be reimbursed for your TTC travels.
